How long do I have to return my item?

We want you to feel empowered in your shades to get out there and experience more. If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund minus any original shipping charges within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns must be in their original condition

We're all about having adventures, but making a return should not be one of them. So, we have simplified the process for you. Follow these quick steps to return an order that was placed  into your optohero.com account:

Where do I send my return?

How do I return a broken or defective item?

If you received a broken or defective item, please give us a call at +421 02/222 003 03 or email us on info@optohero.sk so we can get it taken care of right away! We'll work with you to send a replacement at no additional charge.

When will I receive my refund?

We will start processing your return request as soon as we receive your item(s). We will inspect all returns to ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and do not show any signs of use. We'll send you an email when your return is complete up to 14 days.

Rock climbing is hard, but exchanges are easy! To exchange an order that was placed into your optohero.com account choose from more options:

  1. Contact us by an email ( info@optohero.sk), enter the following information: order number, email address used to place the order,  your shipping address and reason why you want to exchange sunglasses and which one you would like to order instead.
  2. Click here to download and complete a exchange form where you fill out both products you want to send us back and new sunglasses you would like to order. When will my new item be shipped?

We will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your original item(s). Please note that all exchanges must be in their original condition. No exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use.
